Cedric...I Understand

Cedric Wilson is my newest favorite Steeler. Why? Because of those 20 yearly receptions? No, I love Ced because he has a girlfriend zanier than my ex-fiance! When Big Ben said that he wanted more weapons in his receiving corps, I don't think he was referring to the 9mm that Ced stashes in his sock drawer!
Have you ever gotten stuck in the middle of a dispute with a waiter or a salesperson because of your woman's constant quest to be right? Imagine a bitch that gets into a 12 hour stand off with the local SWAT team. Now, that's the girl to take home to Momma.

We all wish Cedric the best of luck during his stint in the Protection From Murder by Angry Bitch Girlfriend program (PFMBAB)

If you look closely, you'll see the bullet resistant Kevlar re-inforcement on Wilson's helmet and body armor.

If Ced just ran his routes with the same aggresion that his girl has...maybe we would still be playing.

Right on! Ced should keep that vision of his gal chasing him with gun in hand. I imagine it will increase his downfield speed.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Cedrick Wilson arrived at an agreement in court yesterday regarding a protection-from-abuse order against his former girlfriend, who is accused of causing a 12-hour standoff with police just over a week ago.

In the agreement, Mr. Wilson's attorney withdrew his client's PFA and Lindsey Paulat's lawyer agreed not to file a separate PFA against the football player. Mr. Wilson and Ms. Paulat agreed to shared custody of their 14-month-old daughter, and Ms. Paulat may not contact Mr. Wilson.

"Cedrick has the protection he needs," said his attorney, Paul M. Goltz. "He's a peaceful, very nice guy."

Also yesterday, Ms. Paulat, 26, was released after spending a week at Mercy Behavioral Clinic, and arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment for allegedly firing two shots from a handgun inside Mr. Wilson's home in Pine.

She was released from the Allegheny County Jail on $50,000 unsecured bond and will stay with her parents, who guaranteed her bond. She is scheduled for a follow-up evaluation at Mercy and has a preliminary hearing Friday at 9 a.m. before District Judge Regis C. Welsh Jr. in Hampton.
